Booking onto a dive with CPA

CPA want you to come diving - weather it's a simple splosh or an expedition involving a lot of pre planning. Here's how to book on a dive:

If you are looking to come diving, simply visit the dive calendar page to check out the dates and locations that might suit you best. Then contact the organiser to check that there are spaces for you - and that the dive is suitably matched to your qualification and experience level.

Speak to the Diving Officer, and tell him of your intentions. It is essential that you do this to comply with club and SAA guidelines.

If it is felt that you are not quite up to the demands of the dive - we may re-plan around your abilities (we would rather include all divers than exclude one) so don't be afraid to ask.

Speak with the organiser to discuss your plans for the trip, and the dives that you want to carry out. Mostly this will be done for you - but it is a good idea to chat your ideas through with someone who can qualify your plan.

Ideally, you will come along to the club the week before the trip to check out your gear and brush up skills in the pool, then take a briefing from the organiser.
